Two Tower Ventures is a private equity fund seeking to make investments in early-stage technical companies with high growth potential demonstrated through clear differentiators in their product or services.

Where we invest

We like to invest in companies that have a clear product or service differentiator, a team that is committed to the business and evidence that customers are not only prepared to buy but are delighted by the result.

It’s a difficult and specific ask – but if you provide those three elements, and your future projections are not crazy, then we are interested.

Meet the Team

  • Oisin Quinn - Head of Investment

    Following significant success in the property sector (building a number of major office schemes in London including Aldgate Tower and One Braham - BT’s global headquarters) Oisin has a track record of highly successful investments across property, retail, aviation and software sectors as well as being a cornerstone investor in Renatus Capital Partners.

  • Donall Burns - Lead Technical Advisor

    Donall has over 25 years’ experience in the software industry from multi-nationals to start-ups. He has built teams, solutions and award-winning software across the globe with companies in Ireland, UK and the USA. With extensive experience of voice recognition, high availability SaaS, large data manipulation and highly secure systems there are very few technology challenges that he cannot assist with.

  • Kieron Murphy - Lead Commercial Advisor

    Kieron brings with him vast experience in creating and building SaaS businesses Following a career in PWC and General Electric he co-founded medical procurement and leisure businesses before focusing on software ventures. As Head of Sales for Keytree Ltd (acquired by Deloitte) - he was instrumental is spinning out Matrix Booking, a high growth workplace SaaS platform, and currently acts as Director of Workplace hubs across the UK central government.

Advisory Network

We retain a network of quality executives across a range of sectors and specialisms.

All our advisory network currently works within the sectors they advise on and are either in C-suite positions and / or senior technical or product positions.

Our investee companies enjoy access to the network for advisory services as well as access to their wider network to gain useful industry insight and critique for proposed products and services with the guarantee of privacy and protection of intellectual property.

We currently have advisors that cover the following industries:

Funding

Industry Sectors / Products & Services

We prefer to invest in sectors and products that we and our advisory network have knowledge of and can use that knowledge to add value to the investee companies.

We look for products and services that solve real world problems and / or have the potential to disrupt established industries

Financials

Financially, we prefer models based on growing annual recurring subscription revenue over consultancy or one-off sales. We would rather see a 2-year model of achievable results than a 5-year plan that promises world domination.

Funding

Due to the time we spend with the investee companies on an ongoing basis we rarely consider investments below £500K - however this is flexible for co-investments where we are not the lead investor.

Our ideal investment size is between £500K and £2m per deal (or up to £5m as a co-funder).

As with many businesses today we operate as a fully remote team and meet clients wherever is convenient to do so, on or offline. We do not waste money on expensive permanent offices in cities therefore we do not keep a physical office location.
